by authorized administrators or reviewers.

How to submit your project

Prepare complete and readable materials before beginning. A complete submission helps
reviewers understand the proposed work and reduces requests for missing information.

Four steps

1

Describe the project

Explain what is proposed, where it will be located, the approximate dimensions,
materials, colors, and anticipated construction dates.

2

Prepare supporting files

Gather drawings, photographs, site plans, specifications, product information,
contractor documents, and any other relevant materials.

3

Complete the form

Enter accurate property and contact information, select the project type,
and attach all documents requested by the submission form.

4

Keep your confirmation

Save the submission confirmation, copies of uploaded files, and any email or written
acknowledgment showing when the materials were delivered.

Recommended document checklist

The exact materials needed depend on the project. Include enough information for a reviewer
to understand the location, appearance, dimensions, construction, and potential impact.

Site or property plan

Show the house, lot boundaries, easements when known, proposed location,
distances from structures, and approximate setbacks.

Dimensions and drawings

Include measurements, elevations, sketches, blueprints, floor plans,
or diagrams showing the proposed size and design.

Current and proposed photographs

Upload clear photographs of the existing area and, when available,
examples or renderings of the completed project.

Materials and colors

Identify siding, roofing, fencing, paint, stain, masonry, fixtures,
finishes, manufacturer, model, and color selections.

Contractor or permit information

Include contractor proposals, permit documents, engineering information,
or county approvals when applicable and available.

Other supporting information

Add product brochures, installation instructions, screening plans,
drainage details, lighting information, or other useful records.

Do not upload sensitive personal information.
Remove account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, signatures, private access codes,
financial information, and unrelated personal data before submitting documents.
